Goat cheese (roll, cut into 8 slices)

unwaxed Orange (zest and juice)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the grill to hot.
2.
Put the lettuce and avocado in a bowl.
3.
Brush a griddle pan with a little oil and grill the nectarine wedges for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool slightly.

Briefly toast the slices of bread on both sides under the grill. Put the goat's cheese on top of the bread, put back under the grill and brown gently for 3-4 minutes.
5.
Whisk together the orange zest and juice, honey, cider vinegar, the rest of the oil and a little salt and ground black pepper. Check the seasoning.
6.
Add the nectarine wedges to the salad and loosely mix through around 2/3 of the dressing. Arrange the salad on plates. Put the bread to one side and serve drizzled with the remaining dressing.
