- 2 small, round raw milk goat cheeses (e. g. Crottin)
- 2 lemons
- fresh thyme
- fresh Sage
- 2 tablespoons herb oil
- 4 sheets Parchment paper sheet (or greaseproof paper)

Preparation steps

Wash and halve the lemons and level off the ends so that they will stand firmly.

Halve each goat's cheese horizontally and place one half, skin side up, on the cut surface of each lemon half. Wash the herbs, shake dry and break into smaller pieces. Tuck around and on the goat's cheese and sprinkle with oil.

Wrap each lemon half in greaseproof or parchment paper and place on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven (160°C) for about 30 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
4.
Unwrap and serve immediately.
