200 grams dark Chocolate
100 grams Crème fraiche
3 tablespoons Cognac
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the creme fraiche and melt the chocolate in it. Stir in the brandy and butter. Cool until soft, but not hard. Place a plate in the freezer until the chocolates are ready. Out of soft cardboard, cut out 12 hexagons.

With cool, dry hands, form balls about 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) in diameter. Place on the cold plate. Place the balls of chocolate on a dipping fork. Press the stencil pieces into the truffle balls like a soccer ball. Cover with powdered sugar. Tap off the excess powdered sugar remove the stencils. Remove from the fork and place in the refrigerator until smooth.
