Snowman Cake Pops
Mix butter, sugar, baking powder, flour and egg into dough. Transfer dough to loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F.) Let finished cake cool.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Remove crusts from cooled cake then crumble cake into cheese mixture and form small balls from mixture.
Refrigerate cake balls for 1 hour or chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt chocolate. Immerse wooden skewers in about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) chocolate and impale cake ball with each. Dip cake balls into chocolate and set on styrofoam block to dry.
Decorate cake pops as desired.
