- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- ½ Charentais melon
- 80 grams air-dried Salami (about 3 cm in diameter)
- 50 grams black Olives (pitted)
- 3 sprigs Basil (such as lemon basil)
- 75 grams Manchego
- 8 Skewers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the cherry tomatoes, drain and cut in half.

Scoop the melon flesh with a melon baller to form small balls.
3.
Slice the salami.
4.
Drain the olives.
5.
Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
6.
Cut the manchego into bite-sized pieces.
7.
Thread the ingredients on wooden or bamboo skewers and sprinkle to taste with coarsely ground pepper. Serve with a baguette, if desired.
