Preparation steps

Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until translucent, stirring frequently. Allow to cool.

Mix ground veal with breadcrumbs, onion, garlic and egg. Generously season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Form with wet hands into 4 patties.

Clean oyster mushrooms and halve the larger ones.

Peel shallots and finely chop. Finely chop the tomatoes.

Heat the remaining oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned, about 1 minute on each side. Remove and set aside.

Add the mushrooms and shallots to the pan and cook until softened, stirring, about 1 minute.

Pour broth and soy creamer into the pan and bring to a boil.
