1 Skillet, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Toothpick

Rinse steaks, pat dry and cut a horizontal slit in each one to create a pocket.

Stuff each steak with 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of prosciutto and seal the edges with toothpicks. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves and finely chop. Rinse the lemon in hot water, pat dry and cut in half. Finely grate zest from one lemon half and squeeze out juice. Cut the other lemon half into wedges.

Mix together chopped herbs, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, rinse asparagus and trim tough ends. Cut asparagus into 3 cm (approximately 1-inch) lengths.
