4 Tbsps vegetable oil
100 grams Mayonnaise
1 generous pinch grated Lemon peel
1 tsp Mustard
white peppers
½ tsp honey
salt
1 generous pinch Curry
lemon juice (to taste)

Preparation steps

For the mustard sauce, mix the honey and the mayonnaise and season with lemon zest, pepper, mustard and curry. Season with salt and lemon juice, pour into a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

2.

Saute the sausages in a pan in hot oil over medium heat until browned, place in a preheated bowl and serve with the sauce.
