Small Pizzas with Scallions and Bacon
Dissolve yeast in 100 ml (approximately 2/5 cup) of lukewarm water. Add flour, salt and sunflower oil and knead into smooth dough. Add a little flour or water if needed. Shape into a ball and let rise, covered, for about 1 hour in a warm place.
Rinse and dry scallions, cut into small rings.
Knead dough well and divide into 4 parts. Roll out thinly and arrange on an oiled baking sheet. Spread with pastry cream, leaving edges free, and sprinkle with bacon and scallions. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for about 10 minutes or until crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
