Preparation steps
1.
Butter ramekins and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Separate eggs. Whisk butter with egg yolks, salt and nutmeg until fluffy. Add grated cheese, cream and crème fraîche, mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Fold in flour.
3.
Place mixture into ramekins and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
