Singapore Sling with Orange Juice
Rinse the kumquats, then halve or quarter depending on the size. Add ice cubes to a glass, and top with the cointreau, benedictine, grenadine, and lime juice. Stir to combine, then gently pour in the orange juice so that there is a variation in color from top to bottom. Garnish the drink with kumquats and a splash of angostura bitters, and serve.
