2 egg whites
¼ cup runny honey
¼ cup butter (plus extra for the baking tray)
0.333 cup flour
2 Tbsps shelled Walnut
2 Tbsps raisins

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C | 350F | gas 4.

Beat the egg whites and honey until light and frothy. Melt the butter over a bain-marie. Add the beaten egg whites.

Crush the walnuts. Roughly chop the raisins. Add the flour, and then the dried fruit to the mixture, stirring well. Grease the baking tray with a little butter.

Place tablespoonfuls of mixture on the baking tray, spaced apart. Spread them with the back of a spoon into a round. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
5.
Take the tuiles out of the oven and remove from baking tray using a spatula before serving.
