Nutritional values

This whole-wheat sandwich contains valuable dietary fiber that provides you with energy and keeps you full for longer. The cress, radish and mustard oil helps to stimulate digestion and further strengthens the immune system.

To switch up the flavors in the sandwich, you can substitute the cress for basil and the radishes for cherry tomatoes.
