Shrimps in Herb Oil and Garlic

2 sprigs Lemon thyme
3 garlic cloves
1 garlic clove
1 dried chili pepper
100 milliliters olive oil
700 grams shrimp (ready to cook, peeled and deveined)

Preparation

Rinse the lemons in hot water, pat dry and squeeze out the juice. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, and pluck and chop the leaves.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices. Crush the dried chile pepper and add it to a bowl. Add in the garlic, chopped herbs, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the shrimp, pat dry and marinate in the prepared herb oil for about 1 hour.

Remove the shrimp from the marinade, drain and cook on a preheated grill for about 4-5 minutes.

Cut the garlic bulb into half and lay on the grill. Put the grilled shrimp back into the oil and serve.
