- 200 grams shrimp (cooked, deveined, peeled)
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 8 slices Toast
- Chives (for garnish)
Preparation
1.
Mix eggs and cream in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan while stirring.

Add shrimp to the pan, mix and spread on plates. Rinse tomatoes, cut in half and arrange on the scrambled eggs. Garnish with chives and serve with toast.
