¼ Melon (250 grams)
8 King prawn (cooked)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the orange juice, lime juice, honey and oil. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Pour into cocktail glasses.

Peel and slice the avocado and melon. Remove the avocado pit. Spread the avocado slices, melon slices and king prawns on the glasses. Drizzle with the dressing and serve garnished with cilantro.
