800 milliliters Hot, strong, black Tea
200 milliliters sherry
50 milliliters arrack (southeast Asian spirit)
1 organic lemon (juiced and zested)

Preparation steps

1.

Dissolve the sugar in the hot tea, stirring constantly. Add the sherry, arrack, lemon juice, and zest. Heat the mixture, but don't let come to a boil.

Pass through a fine strainer into punch glasses. Garnish with candy if you'd like the punch to be sweeter, and serve.
