1 cup Strawberries (hulled)
1 ⅔ cups whipping cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 sheets gelatin
Strawberry syrup (if necessary)
In addition
fresh Berry (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Puree the strawberries with half of the cream in a blender.
2.
Soak the gelatine in plenty of cold water.
3.
Put the rest of the cream into a pan with the sugar and vanilla extract and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat.
4.
Squeeze out the gelatine and stir into the hot cream. Stir until dissolved. Now stir in the strawberry cream and a little (1-2 tbsp) strawberry syrup if necessary.
5.
Transfer the mixture to 4 small moulds and put into the refrigerator to set.
6.
For the garnish, wash the berries and halve or slice the strawberries.
7.
Dip the moulds briefly in hot water and turn the panna cotta out on to plates. Serve garnished with berries.
