- Ingredients
- 800 grams large potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 scallions
- ½ green Bell pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 300 grams Quark
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 2 lemon juice
- 6 Tbsps Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
1.
Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling salted water, about 25 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
2.
Peel and cut onion into small cubes. Rinse, trim and cut scallions into thin strips. Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into small cubes. Rinse, quarter, core and dice tomatoes.
3.
Mix quark with cream and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped vegetables.
4.
Halve potatoes lengthwise, dip cut sides in sesame seeds, then cut again. Place potatoes, cut-side down, on an oiled baking sheet. Bake on the bottom rack of an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F), about 15 minutes.
5.
Serve potatoes with quark and vegetable mixture on plates. Garnish with basil.
