Sesame Bagels with Quark Cream and Apples
Halve the bagels horizontally and toast if desired. In a bowl, mix the quark with the cream. Stir in the herbs and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rinse and core the apple and thinly slice.
Arrange half of the apple slices in a fan shape on the bottom half of each bagel, Top with the quark mixture and the remaining apple slices. Place the bagel tops on and serve.
