Semolina Cereal with Fruit Salad
Combine milk with salt, cinnamon, lemon zest and vanilla sugar, bring to a boil. Add flour and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring. Set aside and let cool until lukewarm. Meanwhile, prepare fruit: fillet citrus, rinse and clean berries, cut depending on size.
Combine fruit with port wine, lemon juice and powedered sugar. Whip heavy cream until stiff, add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, fold cream into warm semolina. Spread fruit on dessert plates, top with semolina and dust with powdered sugar. Serve.
