Ingredients

For the dough
½ cube Yeast
1 pinch sugar
300 grams Pastry flour (plus more for the work surface)
4 Tbsps olive oil (plus more for the baking sheet)
1 tsp salt
For the topping
1 can peeled Tomatoes (400 grams)
salt
Black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
250 grams mixed Shellfish (frozen)
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

For the dough: In a small bowl, whisk the yeast with 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of lukewarm water and the sugar until smooth.

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the dough hook, mix the flour with the oil and salt. Add the yeast and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

For the topping: Thaw the seafood.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface, knead briefly and divide in half. Thinly roll out each half and place on oiled baking sheets.

Spread the tomato puree over the pizzas, leaving about a 1/2-inch border all around. Sprinkle with oregano and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 225°C (approximately 425°F) 

Top the pizzas with the seafood and drizzle with olive oil. Bake one at a time on the bottom rack of the oven until the crust is crisp and the seafood is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
