- 6 ozs sugar

Pick over fruit, rinse and combine with 1½ liters (approximately 6 1/3 cups) water in a large saucepan. Over low heat, bring slowly to a boil, then remove from heat.

Puree or crush fruit and strain through a sieve into another pot. Add sugar and bring to a boil briefly.
3.
Pour hot juice into clean bottles with seal tops. Seal immediately. Let cool and serve juice garnished with sea buckthorn berries.
