120 grams Salami (in thick slices)
100 grams Feta

50 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the eggs with the water and season with salt. Cut the salami into cubes and crumble the cheese.

Melt some butter in a pan and pour in the egg mixture.

When the egg starts to set, distribute the salami and cheese over the top.

Slide a spatula under the eggs to break it apart as it cooks.

Serve with whole wheat toast if desired.
