500 grams ground pork
2 eggs
100 grams breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
salt
freshly ground peppers
700 milliliters vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove, run under cold water until cool then peel. Mix the ground meat with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs and parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Cover the eggs with the ground pork mixture and shape into balls. Dip into the remaining whisked egg then coat in the remaining breadcrumbs. Working in batches, deep-fry until golden brown, around 2-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with fresh salad and baguette, if desired.
