Preparation steps

Soak raisins in water, then mix raisins with the remaining ingredients (except the yogurt and egg yolk). Add enough yogurt to wet the ingredients and knead the dough until it holds together. Then roll out 2 cm (approximately 3/4-inch) thick, cut out round shapes and brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake and in preheated oven 200°C (approximately 400°F) until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
