Preparation steps

Mix together the flour, cheese and the milk. Stir in the eggs, season with salt and leave to rest for around 10 min.

To make the filling, fry the onion and the garlic in hot oil. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and ground black pepper and braise for 2-3 min. Remove from the heat, stir in the rocket and season to taste.

Fry the pancakes from the batter in hot oil. Arrange the pancakes on plates, spread with the filling, fold in half, and serve.
