50 milliliters olive oil
100 milliliters white wine
1 teaspoon Baking powder
100 grams Gruyere
150 grams cooked ham
100 grams green Olives

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a loaf pan with oil.

In a bowl, mix the flour with the eggs, olive oil, white wine and baking powder and season with salt. Knead to a smooth dough. Cut the cheese and the ham into small cubes and mix into the dough. Cut the olives in half, remove the pits and fold into the dough. Place the dough in the loaf pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then invert onto a wire rack and let cool.
