- For the salad
- 150 grams Grape
- 1 Apple
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Kiwi
- 1 small red onion
- 1 pc thinly sliced Lemon peel
- 1 Rose petal
- For the dressing
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 3 tsps honey
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation

For the salad: Rinse grapes. Peel apples, quarter and cut out core. Cut into slices. Drizzle immediately with lemon juice so they don't brown.

Peel kiwis and cut into wedges. Peel red onion and cut lengthwise into thin columns. Pluck the leaves from the rose petals.

For the dressing: Mix the lemon and orange juices with the honey. Cut the lemon peel into very thin strips.
4.
Mix salad ingredients together and toss with the citrus-honey sauce.
To serve: Distribute into bowls, top with lemon peel and sprinkle with pepper.
