Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion, cut in half and cut lengthwise into thin strips. Rinse the peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and white membranes. Cut the pepper into cubes about 2 cm (3/4 inch). Cut the cheese into small cubes and halve the bacon.

Slightly warm the ketchup with the barbecue sauce in a saucepan, stir in the molasses and season with a little Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of curry powder.

Preheat the grill.

Cut each of the sausages into 3 pieces of about 5 cm (approximately 2 inches) in length. Cut lengthwise slits in the sausage pieces. Fill each sausage piece with some onion, 2 diced peppers and a piece of bacon. Brush with the sauce and grill about 8 minutes. Serve hot.
