400 grams Puff pastry dough (refrigerated)
Pastry flour

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Heat the wieners in hot water without boiling. When the sausages are pretty hot, remove from the water and let drain on paper towels, possibly patting dry a little.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut on a floured work surface into 8 elongated triangles. On the broad end of each triangle put 1 sausage, then roll from the wide side to the tip.

4.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sausage rolls on sheet. Bake in a hot oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
