Preheat oven to 35º F.
Using the back of a butter knife, stretch each bacon slice lengthwise and cut into three equal pieces.
Puree the garlic and olive oil together and brush onto the bacon. Wrap the bacon around the sausages and fasten securely with a wooden toothpick.
Lay the bacon wrapped sausages in a single layer on a baking tray. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until crisp and golden. Serve.
