200 grams Sauerkraut

20 grams Pepper (Butter)
80 grams Salami slice
4 Gouda slices

Preparation steps

Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil and saute the onion in it. Add the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.

Spread the toast with pepper butter. Put the sauerkraut on the pepper butter, then slices of salami and gouda. Cook under the broiler for 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
