Preparation

Rinse the apple half, wipe dry, cut into wedges, remove seeds and chop finely.

Put sauerkraut in a bowl and break up with a fork.

Add apple and cranberries, mix to combine, season with salt and pepper and spread in a small baking dish.

Sprinkle almonds over the sauerkraut, drizzle with honey and bake in preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
