Sandwich Stacks with Quark Spread, Radishes and Chives
Rinse the lettuce and spin dry. Rinse the chives, shake dry and slice into thin rings. Rinse the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Rinse, trim and thinly slice the radishes. In a bowl, stir the quark with the cream cheese and sesame seeds until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the bread slices with the cheese mixture. Top with the cucumber and radish slices. Layer 3 slices of the bread with lettuce leaves in between. Serve garnish with the chives.
