Preparation steps

1.

For the salsa verde, rinse the tomatillos and remove the core. Blanch the tomatillos in boiling water and remove. Peel the tomatillos, coarsely chop, then puree. Peel and finely dice the onion. 

2.

Rinse and halve the jalapenos. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Finley chop the cilantro. Mix the cilantro and the other prepared ingredients into the puree tomatillos. Season to taste with lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
