Preparation steps

Mix the flour and milk smoothly, add the rest of the pancake batter ingredients and beat to a smooth batter. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash, halve, core and dice the red bell peppers.

Heat a little oil in a skillet and make thin pancakes one after the other over a medium heat.

When the first side of each pancake is cooked turn the pancake, sprinkle with a little cheese and top with salami and diced bell pepper. Add a little more cheese, then put a lid on the skillet for 1 minute, until the cheese has melted. When done keep the pizza pancakes warm in the oven at 90°C/195°F while you make more pancakes with the rest of the pancake batter.
