8 slices Bread (such as farmhouse bread)
40 grams softened butter
120 grams Salami (thinly sliced)
120 grams Cornichon
1 handful Radish sprout

Preparation steps

1.

Spread a thin layer of butter onto the bread slices. Top half the bread with the sliced salami. Drain the cornichons, slice in half lengthwise and place on the salami. Evenly distribute the radish sprouts and top with the remaining slices of bread. Serve immediately or wrap up for later.
