Salami, Artichoke and Mozzarella Sandwich
Slice the ciabatta bread in half lengthwise and spread a bit of pesto onto each side. Cut the mozzarella into slices and layer onto the bread. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 220°C (approximately 425°F) until the cheese begins to melt.
Drain the artichoke hearts, cut in half lengthwise and distribute onto one half of the bread. Layer the pastrami onto the other half of the bread, press the two halves together, cut the sandwich into pieces and serve.
