½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ cube Yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
150 grams puréed tomatoes (canned, carton)
freshly ground peppers
2 tomatoes
150 grams Salami
75 grams Olives

Preparation steps

Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in 150 ml of water (approximately 1/2 cup). Mix the flour with the oil and salt in a mixing bowl and pour in the yeast.

Bring together with the dough hook of an electric hand mixer and knead into a smooth dough (if necessary add a little extra flour or water).

Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut the sausage into slices.

Place the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet and roll out thinly. Cover the base with tomato purée and season with salt and pepper.

Distribute the tomato slices over the pizza, followed by the sausage slices and olives.

Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (approximately 475ºF) for 12-15 minutes.

Serve immediately.
