large, ripe tomato (sliced)

small Red onion (sliced into rings)
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
¼ cup
good-quality olive oil (to drizzle)

Preparation steps

1.
Layer roasted red peppers, salami, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion on the bottom half of the cut side of a ciabatta roll. Season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Top with remaining ciabatta half. Serve.
