- 1 Radicchio
- 200 grams Watercress
- 1 pomegranate
- 80 grams Walnut
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- ½ tsp sugar
- salt
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
Preparation

For the salad, rinse radicchio and watercress and shake dry. Cut radicchio into strips. Cut pomegranate in half and remove arils. Toss salad ingredients and divide between plates. Top with walnuts.

For the dressing, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, lemon juice and oil. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad greens and serve.
