- 250 grams mixed Lettuce
- 1 handful edible Flowers (i.e. mallow, pansies, borage, calendula, rose)
- 2 tablespoons White vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Raspberry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Orange juice
- ½ teaspoon Mustard
- 5 tablespoons Corn oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Pepper (from the mill)
Rinse the lettuce and spin dry.
If necessary, gently rinse the flowers and dry.
Whisk together vinegars, orange juice, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle in the oil while whisking.
To serve: Toss dressing with the lettuce and transfer to a salad bowl. Garnish with edible flowers.
