Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and spin dry the lettuce. Rinse the strawberries, trim and halve or quarter depending on size. Serve with the lettuce on plates.

Rinse the livers, pat dry and cook in hot butter in a nonstick pan for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and cut into pieces. Chop the cashews and distribute with the chicken on the salad.

3.

Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice, 1-2 tablespoons water and pinch of salt, and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Drizzle over salad.
