green Chile peppers (seeded and cut into strips)

Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
75 grams
Spinach (rinsed and trimmed)
freshly ground Pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chili strips, turmeric and curry powder. Cook for 1/2 minute. Add potatoes and 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of water and cook until potatoes are tender. 

2.

Add spinach and cook together for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Place into bowls and serve.
