4 dried Apricot
4 candied Candied ginger
4 tablespoons raisins
4 tablespoons Plum wine
salt

Preparation steps

Rinse rice in colander under running water. Combine with almost twice the amount of lightly salted water and saffron, bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes. Rice needs to plump up. Meanwhile, cut apricots and ginger into strips. Rinse raisins and combine with apricots, ginger and plum wine.

Combine fruit with rice, stir in broth and add soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper, heat through. Place in bowls and serve.
