Saffron Char with Kohlrabi
Dissolve saffron in the white wine.
Season fish fillets with salt and pepper. Marinate in the saffron wine for 15 minutes, turning often.
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small cubes. Chop some of the leaves and set aside. Sauté the kohlrabi cubes in a pan with butter, pour 1 cup of water into the pan, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and stir in the cream.
Steam fish fillets in a steamer with boiling water for about 4 minutes.
Arrange the kohlrabi with some chopped green leaf on plates. Top with the fish fillets.
