Kassler (smoked, cured pork, or other meat, cold roast, ham etc. )

freshly ground Black pepper
paprika (noble sweet)
1 cup
dill weed (tips) to garnish

Preparation steps

1.
Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and slice the onions.

Heat the butter in a pan and saute the onions. Stir in the tomato puree and deglaze with broth. Cut the gherkins into strips. Cut the pieces of bell pepper from the lecso into slightly smaller pieces and add everything to the soup along with some of the gherkin liquid, the bay leaves and potatoes. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the sausage into strips. Dice the beef and smoked pork and add to the solyanka. Add the capers. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar and stir in half the sour cream.

Wash the lemon in hot water and slice.
5.
Ladle the solyanka onto plates and garnish each with 1 slice of lemon, a spoonful of cream and dill weed.
