250 grams Pineapple
¼ liter Orange juice
1 tablespoon Orange peel
½ liter Red wine
¼ liter Tea
1 ½ lemons (juice)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cloves
1 Vanilla bean
5 centiliters Rum
6 sheets gelatin
2 Star fruit
10 Cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the pineapple into quarters lengthwise, remove the peel and core, and chop the flesh into large chunks. Juice the oranges.

In a saucepan, combine the red wine, tea, orange juice and lemon juice with the orange peel, sugar, cloves, vanilla bean, pineapple chunks and rum. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let stand for 1 hour.

Pour the punch through a sieve and reserve a small amount in a pot. Soak gelatine in cold water, then dissolve into the pot. Add the rest of punch and mix well. Pour into dessert glasses and allow to set for 4 hrs in the refrigerator.

To serve, cut the star fruit into slices.

Garnish the punch jelly with star fruit slices and cinnamon sticks.
