For the coconut cream
300 grams
100 milliliters
Coconut cream (canned)
30 milliliters
For garnish

Preparation steps

1.

Melt butter in a pan until foamy. Stir in lemon juice and zest, rum, sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil.

Peel bananas. Halve lengthwise and cut in half crosswise. Add to pan and simmer, occasionally spooning juice over bananas, about 5 minutes.

To make coconut cream: Whip cream until stiff, then fold in coconut cream and liqueur.

4.

Place 4 banana pieces, along with their sauce, on plates. Top with coconut cream, coconut flakes and lime zest.
